Hi All

I use the $ feature in the code to hide certain things. for example. Some of my products have a video and some don't in the code I put a $ sign at the begining on the line that calls for the link to the video. IF there is no link to the video in the database for that product then no image shows.

This way people only see the image for videos that exist.

However, i've come across a problem.

I've changed the software that's used to play the video and i can parse data to this to be displayed, one of these it the product title. However when I add this it displays the link to the video regardless, reason being is that the product title exists for everything.

Can anyone see a way round this?

I've posted the details of the code below.

$<a href="[pother1]" rel="shadowbox;height=450;width=800;options={flashVars:{logo:'http://www.domain.com/images/video_watermark.png'}}" Title="[translate cname]"><img src="/images/icons/video.gif" alt="watch video of this firework" width="105" height="48" border="0" /></a><br /><br />[BYZ_EXAMPLE1_ARGS cstock]<br />

So what happens if there is no link to the video in POTHER1 then the image isnt displayed, however I want to pass the cname to the player to display it, but by adding the TAG it automatically displays the image. grrr

Regards,

Mark
