I have been trying now for 2 days of and on to get this feature going. I want retail customers to see the regular price and retailers can log in and see their wholesale price. I have setup a retailer and authorized him so he can log in and see his prices, I haven't been able to get this done and just wondering if anybody has at all. All the retailer sees after he logs in is the regular retail price not the wholesale price. So far i've gone through the manual (which is clear as mud in a lot of cases) and getting just about ready to chuck this program out the door.

XCUSTOMERPRICES = YES
xcustomerpriceidentifier = contacttypeid (the default)
xcustomerpricetypes = retail,wholesale
xcustomerpricefields = other1
The regular retail price is 109.95 the price in other1 in the product page is 60
I have tried to use Price 2 and Price 3 but that doesn’t work either.

When this customer logs in he still sees the regular retail price.
I’m at my wits end.

Hi Mark
Thank you. I did get it to work on my website when a retailer logs in but for some reason the customer based pricing won't work on my local server, when i log in as a retailer i still only see retail pricing and the dealer pricing won't show up.

I need to do customer based pricing also. What is the name of this add-on feature? How do I get it?
