according to the support 13.6 Adding Additional Payment Systems
If you have a payment system that we do not have code for, we can help you build the interface or we can send you sample code on a similar type system... is this for free?? |

Hi Prue,
Our development team is certainly available to develop new gateways that are currently unsupported by VPASP. There is a small fee associated with this, however we do subsidize the costs of payment gateway development so that we can then offer the gateway to others.
If you would like our team to review the gateway system you are planning on using, please submit a ticket through our helpdesk at http://helpdesk.vpasp.com and provide us with any documentation you have for this new gateway.

| I saw it on the list.. it is currently supported by VPASP.. they have ordered it already but I don't know exactly how to integrate.. the guide shows an example for the forms but I don't know know how to change the fields.. (e.g. amount).. thanks |

Hi Prue,
If the gateway you require is already supported by VPASP, you simply need to download the interface for it from our customer download page at https://www.vpasp.com/sales/epdownload650.asp
Installation instructions for each gateway are included in the zip file you will receive when downloading the gateway from our customer download center.

thanks.. I already set it up.. but I'm getting the ff: error Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'
Include file not found
/vmshoppayment.asp, line 2
The include file 'shopxmlhttp.asp' was not found.
I checked the files.. there's no "shopxmlhttp.asp' this file only 'shopxmlhttp_ups.asp'
will I just rename the file??

The missing file has been added to the package. You will simply need to re-download it from our download page to get the missing file.
