I am having an issue using an html template for the email the customer receives when they complete their order. The actual template works ok in that the html makes it to the customers inbox, however [ADD_OItems] doesn't seem to be adding complete information. It shows me the quantity and price of each item purchaced, but nothing else. I would like the description and shipping amount for each to be inserted. Is there any way I can do this?

Hi,

You could use [ADD_OItemstemplate] instead of [ADD_OItems].

I believe this will add more cart details into your email that are retrieved from tmp_oitems.txt.
