Before we installed this addon, we were receiving telephone calls every day from customers who said they were having problems during checkout. (Those are just the ones who took the time to call.) We asked as many customers as possible what they were having problems with and the vast majority said they got into a "constant loop" where they couldn't move on to the credit card entry page. Our web stats also showed an unexplainable number of abandoned shopping carts. Since that's the page which really matters to us, this addon is probably the most valuable addition to our web site. Now, there's no question what's left to be filled out and it can be customized to whatever you need it to do.
Whether it's the "I've read and agree to the terms and conditions" or the "Select shipping method" fields, this addon has it covered.
