Anyone have any idea to set up free shipping?

I have read the help file here:
http://helpnotes.vpasp.com/shopexd.asp?id=939#939

But I need the people to be able to select the method of shipping so that we know how to ship the item. I need the coupon to 0 out the cost of the options, but not the options themselves.
