How do I alter the title tag on the shopping pages so our own title and meta tags can appear?

Edit the shoppage_header.htm
Go to Top of Page

I edited the shoppage_header file and it only changed the initial home page and the layout of the top of the other pages. It must be a caching problem with my ISP.
