vpasp themselves offer hosting, and you wouldn't get the standard hosting "it's your software's fault" response when problems happen if using them because it'd also be hosting their software.
or, try webecs.com; they're very good/reliable too.
General advice would be not to mix unix/linux based software/databases with microsoft based servers (or vice versa) because it can create issues.
ie choose either all-unix/linux, or all-microsoft (vpasp servers, and webecs servers, are basically microsoft ones so work well with asp/access/sqlserver; mysql/php is physically supported on some windows servers but it's dangerous to mix things)
asp (ie the language) = microsoft access/sqlserver (ie database types) = microsoft php (ie the language) = unix/linux mysql (ie the database type) = unix/linux
so if using vpasp (which is asp-based) I'd usually go for a windows server and either an access or sqlserver database. (mysql will work, but could sometimes cause issues; mixing unix/linux with microsoft can be done sometimes with no problems, but if you want an easy life go for same-type across the board if possible)
