 Shipping charges coming out incorrect		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

We are using the lookup for 3 simple shipping options.

A standard UK delivery
An Express UK Delivery
A European INTL Delivery

Each has a fied cost associated with it and when we have tested them they all work fine.

For the last 2 days when we come in to work and pick up our web orders, we have at least 1 with a shipping charge of £0.
This is happening on diiferent options wihtin our selections (even though they have an assigned value - and definitley not 0)
On speaking with the customers they claim to have seen and accepted the correct shipping charge and seen that reflected in the total, yet the merchant email (and i preume the customer email) is showing zero and this also reflected in the final order amount.

Can any one shed any light here - how do we fix this?

Try modify this in your shopcreateorder. asp :

Sub SaveThisOrder
ShopAddOrder

to :

Sub SaveThisOrder
CartFormat remove
ShopAddOrder

This will recalculate the items in the cart before adding to the database.

WE implemented this change towards the end of last week. STill the same problem though. WE have 1 genuine order with 0 shipping charge and 1 we did from home which also showed 0 shipping charge. ANything else we should be looking at as this is becoming most frustrating.
