How do I send a newsletter to my customers with attachments?

I would like to send the first copy to myself, only, to ascertain that everything is working properly.

I would personally use a dedicated newsletter system for sending emails. VPASP's email system is not ideal for sending bulk emails as it does not have the full functionality that a mail system does.

We use to send our newsletters for example a site called www.mailbuild.com
