Hello,

On a few of my products I receive this error: "Field protection, not in database" just below my product description in both the short and extended description. In the extended description there is a "$" below the error.

visit http://www.apexcycleeducation.com/shopexd.asp?id=1643

to see the error. Any ideas?

Have YOU made it to the APEX?

Hi,

This error generally indicates that you are using square brackets somewhere in your product record.

ie. [protection]

The square brackets notation is used by VPASP to load fields from the database for displaying in product templates. If you are using square brackets anywhere in your product name, code or description, please try changing these to standard parentheses ()

This should resolve the error.

Regards
Michael
