I need your help regarding Quick Books integration and will return the favor if I can find a solution.

1. what are the options to integrate VPASP with Quickbooks right now (for USA)?
2. what level of integration is possible?
3. I see several companies have several products but I do not know which one to use. can you recommend any of them?
4. Do you provide customization services for QB integration?

companies I found;
http://www.atandra.com/
http://www.ouresolutions.com.au
http://www.aaatex.com/

PS. If you represent any of these companies, can you please send us the details of features specific to VP-ASP (not generic info)
Thanks,
Lewis

Stone Edge Technologies (my company) also offers Quickbooks integration via the Stone Edge Order Manager. If you just want to get VPASP orders into QB, the Order Manager will not work for you. But if you are looking for a complete back-end system to manage your business, then send accounting data to Quickbooks, you might want to check it out.

Keep in mind that unless you are using Quickbooks Enterprise, you are limited to 14,500 each for products, customers and invoices. That's not a lot for a successful ecommerce business. The Order Manager gets around those limits by keeping the detailed data (the individual orders, customers, products, etc.) in its data, and only sending journal entries to QB with daily summaries of sales, sales tax, shipping charges, etc.

You can read more about the Stone Edge Order Manager at www.StoneEdge.com/OrderManager.htm, or give us a call at 610-994-3699.

I have a client who wants to transfer sales from VPASP to Quickbooks POS and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the ones mentioned by AWDesign,

The client would also like to transfer inventory/stock count from Quickbooks up to VPASP

Thanks,
