When can I expect a response to this support question? My email address is [email protected]
We have responded at least 3 times to this person but each time the mail bounces back. I have tried to call him and his phone is disconnected.
He then complains that we do not answer his questions. I believe this is frustrating for both parties.
We have continually and repeatedly said that that if you do not get an answer to your support question, please provide an alternate way for us to contact you.
If anybody knows this person, please tell me about this note.
