Hello

I have been trying to upload my product list that I had exported to an excel spreadsheet (tab delimited). I edited a few things (prices, unit sizes, etc.) and when I try to up load the file I get this error:

Provider error '80020005'

Type mismatch.

/shop/shopa_import.asp, line 545

I am not sure what the problem is. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

this error could possibly be a date format issue or you are trying to upload a text field into a number only field (or vice versa) Double check your Xcel file for any dates and numbers/text, and make sure that their formatting matches the format of the corresponding fields in the products table.
