Hi, after I made an order and after I pressed the payment method I receiveid the following error:

"Order can't be updated. The session details are lost,plesa contact the shop administrator"

Can you help me in order to understan why happen ?

have a look at your browser's address line, and see if it's changing domain/subdomain during the process (for example moving from "mydomain.com" to "www.mydomain.com")

If using version 650 you can also try ensuring that you have xmysite in shop$config.asp set to match your xssl setting but without the "s" in the url.

const xssl = "https://www.yourdomain.com"

const xmysite = "http://www.yourdomain.com"

This will ensure you do not lose the session when switching to SSL mode.

now I'll check if the error timeout session disappears.
