We're getting a discrepancy in shipping prices from UPS RealTime vs directly from the UPS site.
Prices calculated from RealTime are a few dollars more for Ground Shipping to $10 less for NextDay Air versus prices gotten from the website for the same weight of package.
Is this discrepancy normal? Our client is worried that they're going to be paying more for shipping then what they are charging.

Hello,

The first thing to check is whether your UPS Shipping Calculator is configured for TEST mode.

To do this, go to your admin > "Occasional Tasks" > "Shipping" > "Configure UPS Real-time Shipping

Locate the setting called "Test mode" and make sure this is set to NO

It would also be worth testing what results you receive when you change the value of "Delivery address is residential?" between YES and NO.
