Hi,

I am trying to change the categories of some of our products via Access, when I change it in access the Shopping Cart does not recognize the change, rather it shows no record of a category in the administration, section even when it reads there is one when you look at the products page in access. What is the problem that is causing the shopping cart not to read changes from access?

Hi,

you should try running the page convertproducts.asp. You will have to upload it again to your server as this was one of the files you are advised to delete after set up is complete. After you complete the conversion, delete the file from your server.
