Hi folks. I am upgrading a shopping cart from 5.5 to 6.5. I have most things working but on the shopdisplaycategories.asp page get the error near the top: unknown LangCat01. The page displays fine except for this and all other apges work great. What would be causing that?

Hi Mark,

Please login to your shop administration page
Go to > Occasional Tasks > International > View/Edit Language
Under the "Languages Search" section, enter as follow:
Selection criteria: "Keyword" "equals" "LangCat01" (without quote)
Click display button

If you could find the record, please go to Set-up> Reload Shop Configuration and refresh your website to see if the unknown language still there.

If you could not find the record, please create the record for "LangCat01"

keyword:LangCat01
caption:Product Categories
