Your site has attracted viewers. You already know the customers. But no tracking of the number of times a product is viewed. This would give management a better handle on what customers are looking at. We already have numbers of items sold. If a product is being looked at lots but very few sales, you have to ask "What can we do to fix this". A field added to the products table and the number updated. Reports can now be built such as highest to lowest viewed. Or viewed correlated to sales. Possibly charting it. VPASP currently hasn't a facility for this management problem.
