i've enabled cross selling by enabling "xcrossselling" to "Yes" on my shop configuration and then added products to cross-sell on the edit products page.
but i dont see the cross selling infomation in the product page.
what did i do wrong?

it might be that the product-detail template has been changed to not have the cross-selling function/field in it. Have a look at tmp_product.htm (the template file that drives shopexd.asp) and see if this appears anywhere:

[add_crossselling]

that's the bit which will make the cross-selling product list appear for a given product (if there's any cross-selling data for that product)
