If a product is assigned to a category that is set to "this category has sub categories" then the product doesn't show up.

I need to have a category that has both products and categories in it.

For example:
Party Supplies
various products
"Hannah Montana"-which contains all products that fall under this.


My goal is to group similar items, but have those groups show up as a product along with others.

Any ideas?
