Hello,

I recently purchased 6.50 Plus and I need to download the USPS shipping addon. The system does not recognize my order number so I cant login to the helpdesk or download. I cant reach anyone by phone either.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Craig,

Please register a new help desk account and select "FREE VERSION" as your VP-ASP version. This should allow you to register without entering an order number.

Once you've registered, please submit a new ticket regarding this issue and our support team will look into this as soon as possible.
