I am trying to set up a usertext feature that will add $5.00 to the price of the product if the user types anything in the textbox.
Even though I set the featureprice in the administration to 5, the cart does not add it. Is there a way to do this? We are using version 3.5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to do the same thing in 4.5. I found that putting the price in the features table does not help and I also tried to add a [5] to the end of the catiption. Interestingly, this works (it adds the $5), but it will no longer produce the text box for the users input!

I need it to show the box and only charge if there is text in the box.
