I'm trying to find a web hosting company and one that doesn't cost $200 to host my site that will allow you to customize the 403.5 page similar to the way you can with the 404 error pages.
Has anyone seen or use a hosting company that provides that flexibility? The 403.5 error page is used for browsers that are not 128 bit encrypted. If someone is using a 56 bit browser and the 403.5 is setup in IIS, you can create a page informing them of the requirements in ordering from you in the most on-line secure manner.
Any leads would be appreciated.
