When an order is marked as processed i would like an email sent to the customer explaining that the order is complete

has anyone done this?

Mail on processed has been built into VP-ASP 5.0 with the Option Package

Thanks Howard, but I think what people are looking for is not a confirmation that the function exists, but rather instruction on how to turn it on, how to customize the email that gets sent, and to whom. Thanks in advance for your help (or anyone's help)!

Would like the code that sends email on 'order processed' too,
so I can put it in version 4.0 and 4.5

There are 2 config options relevant to this in 5/5.5-with-options-package:

config>optionpackage:
xmailprocessed
xmailprocessedtemplate
