There is a dimensioned variable called "CustomerExtraInfo" in shopthanks.asp, does anybody know what it's used for?
I am asking because I would like to add some text in that particular page.

Thanks

Customerextrainfo was designed as an easy way for developers to add more information to email messages produced at the end of order. This would be done in shopthanksmerchant.asp.

If you want to add more information on the shopthanks.asp page, use file shopthanksmerchant.asp. It was designed as a stub where additional site specific coding would go.

For example to add "Thanks for the order"
edit shopthanksmerchant.asp
after this line
Sub ShopThanksMerchant (conn,OrderID)

add

%>
<br>Thanks for the order.
