Hi,
I am looking at setting up a site that uses the stock control feature. I need to know whether the administrator gets some sort of warning (email preferrably) when the stock of a particular item is running low?

Hiya Cara

The exact feature you wish is built in VPASP 6.5 ( IE / the current latest versions ) , not sure about earlier versions ?

First you set the Stock low amout with

xstocklow = ? ( your qty setting )

xstocklowemail = YES/NO

these setting are in admin .

So when your stock low amount is reached the cart emails you automatically ... quite a cool feature i have it working and its useful when trying to manage 500+ products !
