How will i send the total orderamount as a variable to my payment page

I am using interswitch. It is a local payment gateway for my country. I need to parse the ordertotal and orderid as amt and trxnid respectively to the payment page. I am stock , i dnt know how to get the ordertotal and parse it as a variable
