I'm new to this forum and the shopping cart software. Can someone point me in the right direction to set up tax exempt?

Tax Exempt can be applied to individual customers or to individual products.

For products, select Tax Free when updating or adding products using the Edit/Edit products facility of the Control Panel

For customers, Edit the customer record and put the word Yes in the taxempt field.
