I entered an order successfully using a coupon code. Then I logged out. When I tried entering another order on the same browser session, the coupon code was preserved and automatically applied during checkout.

When someone logs out, all relevant variables like coupon code and shopping cart items should be cleared out.

Hi Cam/Michael,

Any suggestions what change should be made to clear out the coupon code? I think this issue should be fixed.

Hi Happy,

By default only the customer is logged out using the log out button.

If you want to clear everything you can try using instead the following in a link:

shopend.asp?end=1

This will clear all session variables.
