There have been recent posting from others who have got the Canada Post Add On to work and I am hoping someone can assist me. I have installed the add on, added our postal code and Canada Post merchant ID, and set up the "other" shipmethod. When I place a test order, the following message is displayed:
" Cannot locate shipping record
Select * from shipmethods where shipmethod='Canada Post' and shipcountry='other' "
I have set up the following values in Shop Configuration:
xshippingbycountry=Yes
xincludecountries=Yes
I believe I need to create records for the countries, but would appreciate some help on how to do this. We are located in Canada and only ship to locations within Canada.
