Have someone from your tech support monitor the forums so that if a question goes unanswered for several days that they answer it to just say that what is asked can't be done or needs to have a help desk support ticket started. It is a shame to post a question and days go by and no answer one way or the other.

I know what you are talking about, but I have had a few questions answered in the forums by the support team. If no one answers them, then i assume its not a simple answer and therefore post a ticket.

I've dealt with other shopping cart support and I think vpasp is pretty damn good.

The support here is a lot better than most, but there is still a little room for improvement.

They could always improve (who couldn't?), but VPASP has the best support I have ever received for a product of this price.
