I created some drop down menus for artist and label on my site.

The problem is that some of the names are extremely long.

I don't care how big the drop down list is when it overlays the site on clicking but the size of the box before clicking is a problem. Is there a way to limit the initial size of the drop down so it does not automaticaly create a box the size of the longest name? I would rather have it expand upon clicking on the dropdown so that the results are as big as they need to be.
