I have my Certificate all set up and everything seems ready to go.

When i get to the "checkout with Paypal" express button I recieve an error 500.

Same with if I try and enter credit card info.

I am leaning towards an improperly configured server but wanted to know if anyone has seen this before I go bugging the hosting provider who were nice enough to install the SDK for me.

I have been through the brief instructions numerous times and it looks like the settings are correct in my Paypal config

Try it out on netscape or firefox; that'll usually give a much better error than internet explorer (even with internet explorer's "friendly error messages" switched it still only displays bogus/generic errors; netscape/firefox gives you the actual root cause)

Thanks that gave me a nice error code to work with

paypal_base error '80131500'

Exception of type com.paypal.sdk.exceptions.FatalException was thrown.

/shop/paypalproapi.asp, line 22

Looks like it is in fact a server error
