Hey VpAsp Experts

All right loaded vpasp 4.5 and now editing and customizing to the look we want.

Now on the pages we want to Welcome a user back so when they log in or are cookie logged in it write on the screen say

WELCOME BACK [firstname]

Is their a code sinpet I can use to do this?
