I have products in a site that are tax and tax exempt. If a place an order for all taxed products state tax is computed properly. If I place an order for all tax exempt products the correct things happen.
IF I PLACE an order for tax exempt products and one or more taxed products the tax amount is calculated on ALL products. I am using tax free and state tax so I know the right things can happen and setup is ok. It's just the tax on the total order for only a mixed taxed order that is wrong.
Anyone else see this problem? Unfortunately, I asked support but they need ftp access to my site and that isn't easily available.
Thoughts? |
