after running diag_dbtest.asp in browser it appears that I am prompted with 3 options for checking shop$config settings.
Method1. and Method2. give me fail in all categories.
however, test at the bottom:
Test Your Permissions (Access Database Only) is successful.
does that mean to skip Method1. and Method2.

Next I get the following when I run convert650.asp.
Is it due to the above or something else that I need to update.

on your shop$config.asp do you have this line
const xshopid="shop650"

you need to give read/write permission for your database folder as well

thanks for your help.
I ended up deleting my files and reloading to webhost.
Now it works fine.
However leaves me with more questions.
