I created a new directory on my existing website hosting my VPASP shopping cart, I installed the new version 6.50 and ran the diag tests but these tests fail saying 'database does not exists' any suggestions...

Hi there,

You will ned to make sure you have updated the shop$config.asp file to point to the new location.

Once you have done this you will be able to test the connection.

Alternatively you can insert different locations into the diag_dbtest.asp file to check what the correct location is.

Hi there,

Is your 6.50 folder underneath your current site?

If so you need to add a "..\" at the front of your database folder if using DNS -Less.

If not then quickest solution may be to post in our help desk and we will have a look for you.
