Hi,

I'm having a problem getting my products to lay out exactly how I want them. I've spent the past 2 hours playing around with tmp_productformat.htm, but it still does not appear how I would like it. I can see where the problem is - I just don't know where in the mass of VP-ASP files it needs fixing!

How my product layout currently looks: http://www.meadowsaroma.com/before.jpg

And here is how I want it to look: http://www.meadowsaroma.com/after.jpg

The code currently on my tmp_productformat.htm (and tmp_productformatinvent.htm) page is as follows:

<!-- START OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td valign="top"><strong>[translate cname]<br>
</strong>[translate cdescription]<br>
[FormatProductOptions sub]<br>
[formatquantity sub] [formatbutton sub]</td>
<td valign="top"><div align="right"><strong>[formatimage sub]</strong></div></td>
</tr>
</table>
<!-- END OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

And this generates the following code on my live page:

<p align=center><p><font size=1 color='#666666'>Page 1 of 4</p></font><center><table border='0' cellpadding='4' cellspacing='1' width='90%' align=center valign=top><tr><td align=left valign=top><form action="shopaddtocart.asp" method="POST"><!-- START OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td valign="top"><strong>basil essential oil<br>
</strong>available in 5,10,25,50 & 100ml sizes
5 & 10ml come boxed.<br>
<br><p align=left><font face='tahoma,arial,verdana'><b>Available Sizes</b></font><br><table cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0><tr><td><input type='Radio' name='Ysubproductradio' value='84'></td><td>basil essential oil 100ml - 24.20</td></tr><tr><td><input type='Radio' name='Ysubproductradio' value='87'></td><td>basil essential oil 10ml - 4.15</td></tr><tr><td><input type='Radio' name='Ysubproductradio' value='86'></td><td>basil essential oil 25ml - 7.40</td></tr><tr><td><input type='Radio' name='Ysubproductradio' value='85'></td><td>basil essential oil 50ml - 13.20</td></tr><tr><td><input type='Radio' name='Ysubproductradio' value='88'></td><td>basil essential oil 5ml - 3.20</td></tr></table><br>
<input class="txtfield" type='text' maxlength=4 size='3' value='1' name='quantity'>  <input class="submitbtn" type=submit value=" Order " name=Order> </td>

<p align="center"><a href="shopexd.asp?id=82"><img border="0" src="comingsoon.jpg"></a><br>
<a href="shopexd.asp?id=82">click to see more</a></p>
<td valign="top"><div align="right"><strong></strong></div></td>
</tr>
</table>
<!-- END OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello jippybeale

backup tmp_productformat.htm first.

Try this code instead

<!-- START OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="1">
<tr>
<td valign="top"><div align="right"><strong>[formatimage sub]</strong></div></td>
<td valign="top"><div align="left"><strong>[translate cname]<br>
</strong>[translate cdescription]<br>
[FormatProductOptions sub]<br>
[formatquantity sub] [formatbutton sub]</div></td>
</tr>
</table>
<!-- END OF INVENTORY PRODUCT DISPLAY -->

I should give you the desired look.

Mario
