Hello!

I would like to see the function where the administrator can find the customer (this one exists ), and then type in cutomers number to log on as that customer. This way it would be possible to place an order if customer calls over the phone.
We have that one in our current system, but, since we are thinking of switching to VPAsp, this is a crucial thing to have, before we go over to VPAsp

Hi there,

You can do this by typing in the customer surname and email address in the check out process.

It would also be possible to custom code where you can just type in the customer id.

This would not be difficult for an ASP programmer and as VPASP is open source it could certainly be done.
