Hi,

When users try to restore some of their orders, they receive the following message:

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

/vpasp500plus/shoprestoreorder.asp, line 139

Any ideas that could help fix this problem?

means there is a field that does not match with the fields for your order table on your database.
