Hi,i when ever i upload some image for a product or category it transfers it but the image looks blank, even the file size is correct. I donno what happened but i am having this problem, plz help... Thanks

is the image path looks correct?

my guess, wrong slash. Common mistake by all of us at some time.

I checked all the slashes but the file is stored correctly, my problem is that when ever i view the image its shows the complete image path and if i look this from windows explorer it show only file icon but not the image when i click on it or turn the thumbnail on. May be its something wrong with the code of shopa_uploadfilepop.asp.

Probably best to submit a support ticket at this point unless you want to post more detailed info.

thanks guys, but i solved the problem, its about IIS. I increase the socket size and it works fine now..
