In the order tracking page of the administration section, there should be an option where administrators can have a list of pre-defines messages that can be selected to send to the customer.
This saves time to the administrator because he/she doesn't have to type the same message every time, specially if it is exaclty the same general content but only order information differs.
There should also be an option where administrator can select if he/she wants to receive copies of all the messages sent to customer. |
