It would be very helpful if the search report screen could indicate whether the customer received a search result, or no result. Even a "yes" or "no" in a column titled "search success" or something like that.
This would help the site owner figure out which search words or phrases are working, which search words or phrases should be resulting in a search result but are not, and perhaps most importantly, it would help the site owner determine specific keywords for certain products, or phrases to add to cdescription. |
