After logging in as a customer, shopping around, then I click checkout (with one item in the cart), and after selecting the shipping method and clicking continue, I get this:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
Query-based update failed because the row to update could not be found.
/shop$db.asp, line 1440
Can someone please advise what I need to do to fix?

Dear Happy,
Are you by any chance using mySQL?
If so, please ensure that the configuration setting xmysql is set to YES.
If this does not resolve your issue, please log a help desk ticket so that we can take a further look into this for you.
