The product image doesn't show in shopquestion.asp - anyone had the same problem of have ideas why it wouldn't work (it's not been modified)? Thanks.

hi,

By default it uses the tmp_productquestion.htm template.

It refers to $ <p align=center>[formatimage cimageurl]</p>, which means if there is an image in cimageurl (thumbnail) it will show on the page.

The field xproductquestiontemplate allows you to have a different template if you wish.

Thank you for your help. I looked at the template and have found the problem - we are using the extended description pages for our products so instead of 'cimageurl' (which is not used)I had to specify 'extendedimage' as the source. Thanks!
