Hi,

using free add-on for PSiGate gateway. can't get it to work, been on it for days and talked the PSiGate people serveral time. main thing we are lacking is error messages, do not know what to look to fix.

documentation says, "For a Declined transaction, the reason for the declined is stored"

stored where?

Hi,

The error should be stored in the oauthorisation field in the orders table for that particular order that was declined.

You may be best logging this issue to our helpdesk so that one of our dedicated support team can take a look at your configuration to ensure the gateway has been correctly set up.
