Hi there. I've recently upgraded to the new version. I've made a heavily customised website which is almost ready to go, but I have a problem. I have four top level categories. Each of these have a number of subcategories which lead to products. My problem is this. I would like to show on the page that displays the subcategories a header - the appropriate header for top level category. I thought this was a default setting for VPASP, but not only can I not find out how to turn it 'on' but I also note in the help notes it says it's easy to do, but does not provide instructions on how to do it!

"Default Category Display"

So basically I want to put in a header at the top of the page for each subcategory. At the moment none appear for me.

Can anyone give me some advice?

Dear Petar,

You can use the catextra field in each category record to store a link to an HTML file for displaying at the top of each category page.

You need to first set the xdisplaycategoryfiles configuration setting to YES.

Hope this helps.

Thank you

Michael
