I couldn't find any info on the VPASP main site about what the following options do
xupdatestockonprocessed

and

Xstocklowemail


I'd be interestedin what they imply.

Hi!

xupdatestockonprocessed means the stock level in the product record isn't decremented until you mark the order processed in your administration.

xstocklowemail sends you (or the email address in xemail) an email when the stock level on a product reaches the stock low level.
