I just inherited a site that is using this product. I have managed to figure out most of the management stuff but am having difficulty with the upload of files in the order process. The customer makes custom products that use images that a customer would upload while placing their order. The feature looks to be enabled as part of the product but when I try and add a file for upload it uploads the file then errors out. I cannot find the setting that controls this feature anywhere. Some guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks
Chuck

Dear Chuck,

Image uploading by the customer is not a standard VPASP option at this current point in time.

It is likely that your cart has had some modifications made to it to enable this functionality.

We would need to know some more information such as what version of the software you are using, what the nature of the error message is etc. to be able to assist you further.

Thank you

Michael

It is version 5.0. When adding a picture the error is a page cannot be displayed. while searching for the shopaddtocart.asp file. When no picture is present it works like a charm.

Dear Chuck,

If you post this issue to our helpdesk at https://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/helpdesk we could take a look at this issue for you.

As this does appear to be custom code it may however be difficult for us to provide you with a solution.

Please note that we do require our customers have support points in their help desk accounts. This can be achieved either by upgrading or purchasing one of our support points packages

Upgrading will allow you to download the latest version 6.00 package, get access to our extensive range of free add-ons and get between 50 and 300 support points depending upon which version you for use in our Help Desk.

You can upgrade to the new version at:
http://www.vpasp.com/sales/upgrade.asp

For more information and to purchase a Support Point Package please go to:
http://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/points_explained.htm

Thank you for your understanding.
